My Korean-American cookbook idea

My big dream is writing a cookbook dedicated to being Korean-American. I don't know what I'll call it, but I've been floating around the title of "Our Little Americana". I don't only want to have Korean recipes combined with traditional American food. I want to combine Korean food with other immigrant's food. It's more fun thinking about like a Korean-American and an Indian-American in Edison, New Jersey, who decided to make a fried traditional mungbean pancake with chutney! Or maybe the Korean Americans who live in the Washington DC area and they think of braised kimchi with injera! Southern Collard greens but made into a Korean stew by adding fermented soybeans?

Basically, I have 50 recipes for each state. And then I try to create an interesting Korean fusion food based on the state and the biggest immigrant population.
